Any damage or errors must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel.
Please ensure all details on personalised items and bespoke boxes are correct, as exchanges or returns cannot be accepted on personalised items or special request boxes where the fault lies with customer error. We are happy to correct any error on an item at minimal cost where the error lies with the customer, and free of charge should the error lie with Yours to Keep. Carriage charges are non-refundable.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on non-personalised items within 7 days of receipt. Please notify us of your decision within 48 hours. (Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging to protect from damage.)
The carriage to return or exchange an item is the responsibility of the customer but we will dispatch any replacement without a carriage charge. Errors originating with the Empty Box Company shall be rectified by the company.
Once your order has been placed, you may cancel the order within 12 hours by notifying us by telephone or e-mail although an administration charge of £6.00 may be incurred for cancelled orders if your order is currently being made in the workshop.
Yours to Keep cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss or late arrival of any order.
Shopping Basket price errors can occur occasionally, and Yours to Keep will notify you if any item is incorrect. List prices are to be adhered to, please check all details are correct in your confirmation.
If delivery has been attempted you must respond immediately to any contact from the courier. If no communication is received from the recipient, the parcel will be returned to Yours to Keep and this will incur extra redelivery charges.
